Menachem C. Klein, Esq. has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2013.
Throughout his career, Menachem has focused on both corporate and litigation matters, overseeing a broad array of contractual and compliance initiatives, and representing multinational clients in a cross-spectrum of fields.
Since joining BrainsWay, he has played an integral role in numerous strategic and corporate milestones, including BrainsWay’s IPO on the Nasdaq in 2019 and its follow-on offering in February 2021. He is a passionate advocate of the Company’s technology, people, and its dedication to corporate integrity.
Prior to joining BrainsWay, he specialized in international arbitration at Gideon Fisher & Co., a boutique firm with high-profile clients in the political, business, non-profit, and social sectors. Earlier in his career, he practiced law at LLP, a large national firm headquartered in New York City, where he represented companies in the energy, chemical, and media sectors.
Menachem holds a JD degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York, NY), as well as a BS in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College, City University of New York, where he graduated summa cum laude. He has also served as a professor on the faculty of the COPE Institute’s “CPA Track” program in New York.
