Board Chairman
Ami Boehm was appointed Board Director and Chairman in February of 2023. Most recently, Mr. Boehm served as partner of FIMI Opportunity Funds. During his tenure at FIMI, Israel’s leading private equity firm, he was responsible for leading activities associated with sourcing, operating, and exiting portfolio companies within Israel, China, Europe, and the United States. Mr. Boehm was also instrumental in maintaining close relations with Israeli capital markets and all major global investment banks.
Prior to FIMI, Mr. Boehm held key leadership roles of increasing responsibility at numerous firms including Managing Partner and CEO of FITE GP and Managing Director of Trigger Foresight. Before transitioning into management consulting and private equity, he briefly worked as an intern and attorney within Israel’s Attorney General’s Office and commanded a Special Operations Unit within the Israeli Defense Forces.
Mr. Boehm holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Economics from Tel Aviv University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Northwestern and Tel Aviv University.
