A Prospective Multicenter Double Blind Randomized Controlled Trial to Explore the Tolerability, Safety and Efficacy of the H-Coil Deep TMS in Major Depression
A multicenter clinical trial for the assessment of the efficacy and safety of deep brain rTMS in subjects suffering from major depression disorder (MDD) has begun in 15 medical centers in the USA, Canada, Europe and Israel. Enrollment of patients has begun in six sites.

A clinical trial for the assessment of the efficacy of Deep TMS in inducing smoking cessation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, has begun in July 2009 at the Mental Health Center in Be'er Ya'akov, Israel.
A clinical trial using Brainsway Deep TMS device for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, has begun in April 2009, at the Ichilov Medical Center, Tel-Aviv, Israel.
40 patients are expected to take part in the trial

A clinical trial using the Deep TMS device for a maintenance treatment in depression patients, began in June 2008 at the Shalvata Medical Centre, Israel. The trial is intended to include 20 medication-resistant major depression patients who previously participated in a trial for the treatment of major depression at the Shalvata Hospital whose results were reported in the Company's immediate report dated 14 February 2008.
